User Interface Design Prototypes
True Automation needed a new user interface for the next generation of
its tax appraisal and collections software. While at
Perceptive Sciences,
I designed a project that entailed rigorous contextual inquiry followed
by the design of user interface prototypes. These prototypes were then
put through iterative cycles of testing and refinement until we achieved
a more intuitive and productive user interface.
