The Orlando Sentinel had serious concerns about the functionality, ease
of use, and the aesthetic appeal of its Newspaper in Education website.
This study was designed to measure and analyze the performance and perceptions
of the Web site’s primary audience: K-12 teachers, and provide recommendations
as to how the website could be improved.
