The data gathered in these tests were analyzed to determine existing flaws or defects, difficulties users have while performing specific tasks, and users' subjective appraisal of the website. Information collected in this study was analyzed to suggest modifications to the website with the aim of improving users' overall experience, potentially resulting in improved public communication, greater participation, and increased membership and funding.
